Undoing from belongings?

Should someone who aspires to become Taoistic undo himself from his/her secondary belongings eventually?

I mean, should he/she undo him-/herself from material things? (such as a Hifi, television etc).

No is not a rule to leave your goods or possessions. You can "undo" if you wish but this is only a personal option.

i know people who gave up possessions even today.
