I found a lot of courses about Tao on your site at http://www.taopage.org/courses.html and wonder what is the best for me?

This depends on what you need to know or what are you looking for. Generally speaking I think you should start with the initiation into Taoism, the three levels course. You'll learn about what Tao is, the I Ching and mainly the Taoist meditation. Then you can continue with the Tao Practice.
